Warranty & Guarantee

Our Commitment to Quality

At ShedVault, we select products that are built to last. We are confident in the quality and durability of our garden buildings, and we back this with a comprehensive warranty and guarantee. This provides you with peace of mind and protects your investment for years to come.

Summary of Coverage

All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and are valid from the date of delivery. The specific length and terms of the warranty vary by product and material.

Pressure-Treated Timber Products

  • 10-Year Anti-Rot & Fungal Decay Guarantee: Our pressure-treated wooden buildings are protected against rot and fungal decay for a minimum of 10 years. This guarantee is subject to the building being installed on a suitable, level base and not being in direct contact with the ground.

Dip-Treated Timber Products

  • 1-Year Manufacturer's Guarantee: Dip-treated products come with a standard 1-year guarantee. To maintain protection against rot, these buildings must be treated with a high-quality wood preservative annually.

Metal & Plastic Garden Buildings

  • 5 to 15-Year Anti-Rust Guarantee: Our metal sheds and garages are typically guaranteed against rust penetration for between 5 and 15 years, depending on the model. Plastic sheds come with a similar long-term guarantee against defects and material failure. Please see individual product pages for specific warranty lengths.

What is Not Covered?

Our warranties cover material and manufacturing defects but do not extend to the following:

  • Damage caused by failure to install the product on a firm, level base.
  • Natural characteristics of timber, such as warping, splitting, or shrinkage.
  • Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions, such as high winds or heavy snow.
  • Damage caused by failure to perform regular maintenance as recommended.
  • Any third-party modifications made to the product after delivery.
  • General wear and tear over the life of the product.

How to Make a Claim
