All orders placed with ShedVault are shipped from the United Kingdom. Our primary distribution centres are located within the UK, ensuring efficient dispatch for our domestic customers.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing it. Our standard order processing time is typically 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.
3. Estimated Transit Times
The estimated transit time begins once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.1. Standard Shipping (UK Mainland)

- This service is our most economical option and is suitable for most shed deliveries.
3.2. Express Shipping (UK Mainland)
- Estimated Transit Time: 2-4 business days
- For customers requiring faster delivery, an express shipping option may be available at an additional cost. Please check availability and pricing at checkout.
Please note: Deliveries to remote areas of the UK (e.g., Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) may incur longer transit times and additional shipping costs. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We partner with reputable and reliable shipping carriers to ensure your shed is delivered safely. Our primary carriers include:

5. International Shipping Availability and Restrictions
At this time, ShedVault primarily ships within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the UK. We are unable to deliver to addresses outside of the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and certain UK islands. Please contact our customer service team if you have specific queries regarding delivery to non-mainland UK locations.
6. Free Shipping Threshold
ShedVault offers free standard shipping on all orders over £500 to UK mainland addresses. For orders below this threshold, or for express shipping and deliveries to remote UK areas, shipping costs will apply as detailed below.
7. Shipping Cost Structure
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method (Standard or Express). The exact shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalise your purchase. Factors influencing shipping costs include:
- Order Value: Orders under £500 (UK mainland) will incur a standard shipping fee.
- Product Dimensions & Weight: Larger and heavier sheds naturally have higher shipping costs.
- Delivery Location: Deliveries to remote or non-mainland UK locations may have surcharges.

All shipping costs will be itemised in your shopping cart and at the final checkout stage.
8. How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. For larger items like sheds, delivery is typically kerbside. This means the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point to your property, which may be the kerb or driveway. It is your responsibility to arrange for the movement of the shed components from the delivery point to your desired location on your property. We recommend having assistance available on the day of delivery.
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself, please make a note of it on the delivery driver's manifest and take photographs. 10. Undeliverable Packages
