At ShedVault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind, you can return your item to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all components, instructions, and fittings included.
  • You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products that have been assembled, customised, or altered in any way.

How to Initiate a Return

Collection and Costs

Due to the size and weight of our products, you will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage. We can arrange for our logistics partner to collect the item from you, and the cost for this service will be deducted from your total refund amount. We will confirm this cost with you before arranging the collection.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, please contact us. We will process the return of the original item and help you place a new order for your desired product.
