At ShedVault, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent delivery service for your new garden building. We work with a network of trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Our Delivery Partners

To handle a wide range of product sizes and weights, we utilise several specialist delivery partners:

• Large Garden Buildings & Log Cabins: These are typically delivered on a pallet via a dedicated logistics partner to ensure they are handled with care. You will be contacted directly by the carrier to arrange a suitable delivery date.
• Standard Sheds & Summerhouses: Most of our sheds and medium-sized buildings are delivered through national carriers such as DPD or similar services, who are experienced in handling larger items.
• Accessories & Smaller Items: Smaller items may be dispatched using parcel networks like Evri or Royal Mail.

Delivery Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £500 to most mainland UK postcodes. For orders under this threshold, a standard delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item.

Please note: Surcharges may apply for delivery to certain remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product. Please check the individual product page for the most accurate and up-to-date lead times. As a general guide:

• In-Stock Sheds & Storage: 7-14 working days
• Summerhouses & Garden Rooms: 14-21 working days
• Log Cabins & Large Workshops: 4-6 weeks

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
